Trump Reacts to Maria Bartiromo’s Shock Fox News Exit

President Donald Trump has spoken out following Maria Bartiromo’s sudden departure from Fox News, calling the longtime TV personality a “warrior” and suggesting her fans may not be pleased with the decision.

Bartiromo, 58, officially left Fox News Media after more than 12 years with the network. Her unexpected exit quickly sparked questions among viewers.

“I can’t believe Maria Bartiromo is no longer going to have her great show(s) on FoxNews/Business,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.

The president praised Bartiromo as “a total professional, and a true warrior” and said her large fan base would likely be unhappy about her departure.

“Her fans, of which there are many, will not be happy,” Trump added. “God bless you, Maria!”

Fox News confirmed Thursday that Bartiromo was no longer with Fox News Media, effective immediately, while thanking her for her years with the network.

“We thank Maria for her work over the last 12 ½ years and wish her all the best on her next chapter,” the company said.

Bartiromo’s long-running program, Mornings With Maria, aired on the Fox Business Network. The show itself will continue under a new title, Mornings With Fox Business, with rotating anchors taking over.

Bartiromo’s attorney had not immediately responded to requests for comment regarding her departure.
