‘Queen & Slim’ Star Hit With Explosive Allegations!

Jodie Turner-Smith has been named in a lawsuit that makes serious allegations about her brother, Richard Mark Anthony Smith, including claims involving drugs, firearms and sexual abuse.

The British actress, known for Queen & Slim and True Blood, is accused in court documents filed in Los Angeles of knowing about and financially supporting an alleged drug operation run by her brother. Three women, identified as Jane Does in the lawsuit, are suing Smith and claim they suffered physical and psychological harm as a result of their alleged interactions with him.

According to the lawsuit, the alleged activity took place at a luxury Hollywood apartment that the plaintiffs claim was funded by Turner-Smith. The documents further allege that Turner-Smith was aware of her brother’s activities, used cocaine with him and helped finance additional drug purchases.

A representative for Turner-Smith did not immediately respond to requests for comment, according to the report.

One of the women, identified as Jane Doe 2, claims she met Richard in 2023 at a late-night party in Los Angeles, where she alleges cocaine and other drugs were available. She says their relationship later became controlling and unhealthy.

The lawsuit contains additional allegations of drug use, coercive sexual behavior and the presence of firearms at the residence. Jane Doe 2 also alleges that Smith pressured her to use drugs and engage in sexual activity against her will.

Another plaintiff, Jane Doe 3, claims she was offered housing in exchange for sex and later pressured to sell drugs. She also alleges that Smith subjected her to unwanted sexual activity.

Jane Doe 1 alleges that she visited Smith’s residence after he presented himself as financially successful and independent. According to the lawsuit, she encountered drugs, firearms and sexual activity after arriving.

The women also claim that Smith repeatedly spoke about his relationship with his famous sister. The lawsuit alleges that he said Turner-Smith financially supported him and helped cover his expenses.

The court documents further allege that Turner-Smith gave her brother an Audi that was allegedly used to transport packages containing narcotics across state lines.

According to the lawsuit, when one of the women asked Smith whether his sister knew about his alleged activities, he allegedly claimed that she was aware of them and had used cocaine with him and helped pay for additional narcotics.

However, the plaintiffs explicitly acknowledge in the lawsuit that these statements were allegedly made by Smith and do not constitute an admission by Turner-Smith herself.

The lawsuit states that if future discovery establishes that Turner-Smith knowingly assisted her brother’s alleged activities, she could potentially face liability based on her alleged knowledge, assistance, financial resources and property-related conduct.

At this stage, the allegations contained in the lawsuit have not been established as facts in court, and Turner-Smith has not publicly responded to the claims.
