Lauren Sánchez Bezos made a glamorous statement at the White House.
The former journalist attended the Sept. 24 state dinner honoring Chinese President Xi Jinping alongside her husband, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, turning heads with an elegant and eye-catching look.
Sánchez Bezos, 56, wore a vintage black Alexander McQueen gown featuring an off-the-shoulder design and a plunging neckline. She paired the dramatic dress with a massive diamond necklace that became the centerpiece of her look.
The necklace appeared to feature several emerald-cut diamonds, along with a large matching pendant at the center. She completed the ensemble with diamond earrings and a sleek black clutch.
Jeff Bezos opted for a more traditional look, wearing a classic black tuxedo as the couple joined President Donald Trump and other high-profile guests, including Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg, at the White House dinner.
This isn’t Sánchez Bezos’ first high-profile political event. She previously attracted attention with her daring white outfit at Trump’s 2025 inauguration, where she wore a low-cut bustier top beneath a matching blazer and trousers.
Once again, Lauren Sánchez Bezos proved that she knows how to make a statement at a major Washington event.
