JENNIFER ANISTON’S ROMANCE WITH JIM CURTIS FACES NEW DOUBTS AS FRIENDS QUESTION HIS INTENTIONS
Jennifer Aniston’s romance with hypnotist Jim Curtis may look picture-perfect from the outside, but people close to the actress are reportedly not completely convinced about her new boyfriend.
A source speaking anonymously to Page Six claimed that some of Aniston’s friends remain wary of Curtis and fear he could be an “opportunist.”
“Some of Jen’s friends aren’t totally sold on Jim yet,” the source said. “They worry he could be an opportunist and feel like he can come off a bit performative.”
Curtis has attracted considerable attention since going public with his relationship with the 57-year-old “Friends” star. However, his life before Aniston was far from the Hollywood spotlight.
The 50-year-old has previously spoken about difficult periods in his life, including struggles with relationships, drug use during his younger years and a period of estrangement from his son.
Despite the concerns reportedly expressed by some of Aniston’s friends, the couple appeared completely comfortable during a recent sold-out event in Manhattan.
Aniston joined Curtis on stage to promote his latest self-help book, where the pair opened up about their personal fears and experiences. The actress was seen laughing and looking affectionately at her boyfriend as they exchanged playful banter in a rare public display of their relationship.
