Hayden Panettiere: What She Allegedly Took Before Her Death

Hayden Panettiere’s Final Hours Under Investigation as Authorities Examine Suspected Pill

The sudden death of actress Hayden Panettiere at the age of 36 has raised new questions as authorities investigate the circumstances surrounding the final hours of her life.

According to reports from TMZ, law enforcement sources suspect that Panettiere may have taken a pill believed to be oxycodone. Investigators are looking into the possibility that the pill may have been contaminated with fentanyl.

However, this remains an investigative theory and has not been confirmed as her official cause of death. Toxicology results are still pending.

Panettiere was found unresponsive on August 16 in Greenville, South Carolina, after traveling there from Los Angeles with her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson.

According to reports, authorities are attempting to determine the source of the suspected substances, while the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is reportedly examining whether the pills may have been supplied by a Los Angeles drug dealer.

Hickerson reportedly administered Narcan after Panettiere became unresponsive, but she could not be revived.

Her autopsy was completed the following day, but authorities have not yet released an official cause or manner of death.

The actress was best known for her roles in Heroes and Nashville, as well as the film Scream 4. Over the years, she had also spoken publicly about the struggles she experienced with addiction and treatment.

Now, investigators are working to determine exactly what happened during the final hours of her life.

Until toxicology results are released, the claim that she took a fentanyl-contaminated pill remains an investigative theory and not a confirmed cause of death.
